To qualify for participating in this contest, you must first complete the online registration form. Follow all instructions and complete the online registration form in its entirety.
Duplicate prizes will not be awarded. Judges' decisions will be final in all matters relating to the contest.
CSC reserves the right to suspend or cancel this contest should virus, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper judging of the contest. Submission of an entry constitutes your acceptance of the conditions of the contest.
The contest is open to students who are enrolled full-time for a two, three or four year course in an accredited college or institute or university in India.

Winners will be notified via e-mail, and will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability/publicity within 30 days of notification (except where prohibited) or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner on the basis of the criteria set forth herein.
Employment offers would be made to the first, second and third prize winners subject to following conditions:
Offer recipients complete their examinations in the first attempt clearing all backlogs (if any) before completing their final year
Offer recipients will not go through any other selection process
Offer recipients should be willing to work at a location chosen by the company
Offer recipients should be open to working on a platform chosen by the company
Offer recipients should be willing to sign standard CSC's service agreement for campus hires
Offer letters will contain the details of compensation, which will be awarded at the felicitation ceremony
In addition to these Terms and Conditions, CSC may impose other conditions specific to the program from time to time. Participants would be informed about such Terms and Conditions, as and when there are any.
Title to and ownership of the intellectual property rights of software and other materials furnished by CSC will at all times remain proprietary to CSC. The software products being provided to colleges through this program shall be governed by the applicable license agreements of the respective software. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the terms of the program and those of the license agreement, the terms of the license agreement shall prevail.
By submitting entries, entrant grants CSC the right to publish, use, adapt, sell, edit and/or modify such entry in any way, in commerce, and in any and all media worldwide, including but not limited to the internet, without limitation and without compensation to the entrants. Entrant also grants CSC worldwide irrevocable, nonexclusive and royalty free right and license to use, have used, copy, reproduce, transfer, modify and/or display any information contained in their entry in whole or part and in any form without compensation.
Entries must be entrant's own original creations, must not infringe on third party rights, must not have won previous awards, must not have been posted on another website prior to submission and must be suitable for publication. Winners may be required to sign an additional affidavit/license (except where prohibited) to this effect.
Under no circumstances is CSC liable for loss of, or damage, to records or data, as also claims for special, incidental, or indirect damages or for any economic consequential damages (including loss of profit or savings) even if CSC is informed of its possibility. CSC’s liability for direct damages overall under this program shall not exceed Rs. 50, 000/-.
General Understanding
All costs incurred by any person by participating in and/or pursuant to the program shall be borne by the party who incurred the costs.
No party may use CSC corporate name or any trademark or name or any other items or assets protected by intellectual property rights, including but not restricted to, use in any promotional materials, press releases, advertisements, communications, stationery, websites, or the like, without the prior written consent of CSC.
The laws of the Republic of India shall govern the program and all disputes will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of New Delhi. All decisions made by CSC will be final and binding. Any and all disputes in relation to this program will be resolved exclusively by arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by CSC.
All communication between all the involved parties shall be in writing and in English language.
