- Upgrade of CSC India information security standards from BS7799: 2002 to ISO/IEC 27001: 2005, the latest international standard specification for an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
- Process Maturity Framework for Support Groups (PMFS) Level 5: CSC India Finance department received a Certificate of Compliance against the “Internal Process framework of support functions” of CSC from Quality Assurance Institute (QAI). The Finance function was found to operate at Level 5 of this internal CSC framework.
